Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase for a Refund or Exchange within 14 days of purchase. 

The products you're returning must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. If you decide to make a return, you will be responsible for return shipping cost to Nature Soothie. This offer does not apply for orders over $200. Any order over $200 is considered a firm sale and thus, unreturnable.
